Hello! We’re so excited for Day 1 of our first-ever crochet-along (CAL). We absolutely love Ferdi the Fox and Walt the Wolf, the newest members of our Juna Series. Are you making an amigurumi fox or wolf ? They’re both so cute; we wouldn’t blame you if you decided to do both! Today, we will begin with the ears and the muzzle.
If you’re just joining us for the first time today, you can find the CAL schedule and materials list here.

The muzzle can be a little tricky because there are a lot of colour changes, since each row is done in two colours. When changing colours between orange/grey and white, there is no need to cut the yarn and re-attach. Just pull the new colour up each time. When bringing in the new colour, do not keep the yarn taut. Allow it to have some give as you pull it across so that it doesn’t affect the shape of the muzzle.
Begin with black yarn
